Colleen Hegarty
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Meet our CEO, Colleen Hegarty.
Colleen’s background and expertise stem from positions within private and listed organisations and many years in the banking industry. As our CEO, Colleen is entrusted to derive and execute strategic growth.
Colleen is an experienced banking and finance professional with roles spanning corporate, leverage, and project finance. Her work ethic, communication, and leadership propelled her to National Director and Strategic roles in Australian banks. Prior to banking, Colleen held Corporate Treasury positions in mining, financial services, and telecommunications.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance (BAppFin) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) both from Macquarie University. Colleen is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA).
Frank Galati
DIRECTOR
Meet Prime’s Director of Product Development, Frank. He is the original founder of Prime Corporate Compliance software and the co-founder of eSearch, a registered information broker with ASIC.
Frank has in excess of 40 years’ experience and is extremely well versed in all aspects of “corporate compliance”.
As a Chartered Accountant, Frank is also cognisant of the many challenges facing professionals when it comes to meeting their corporate compliance obligations.
The Prime systems and services, by design, have always been, and will continue to be “customer centric”. Prompt and personal Customer Service and Support remains Frank’s main business mantra!

Meet Daniela Razzi, a highly accomplished accountant with over 30 years of experience in public accounting practice. As a member of CPA Australia, Daniela has dedicated her career to providing expert financial advice and guidance to individuals and businesses alike.
Throughout her career, Daniela has developed an extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of ASIC company compliance. She understands the complex regulations and has helped countless clients navigate through the often-confusing maze of compliance requirements.

With an extensive background spanning more than 15 years, Hayley has accumulated a wealth of experience as a seasoned corporate compliance professional.
At Prime Compliance, her significant contributions play a pivotal role in safeguarding and maintaining regulatory compliance for our customers. Through her expertise and diligent efforts, Hayley is instrumental in ensuring that companies adhere to all relevant regulations and requirements.
